What began as a simple website refresh quickly evolved into a long-standing collaboration between Winter Jones and North Hills Farm. Located near Mold in North Wales, the farm is known for its magical Christmas experience, drawing families from across the region each year. As the project developed, we introduced a cohesive signage strategy alongside branding and digital improvements to guide visitors and strengthen the farm’s identity.
With Lodgify integration for lodge bookings and Ticket Tailor for ticketing, we enhanced the user experience online and onsite. The brand refresh included bespoke signage, such as wayfinding, check-in, and promotional materials, expanding annually to meet the farm’s growing needs.
Together, the branding and signage elevated the farm’s identity and streamlined the visitor experience.

What began as a simple website refresh quickly evolved into a long-standing and much-loved collaboration between Winter Jones and North Hills Farm. Nestled in Graianrhyd near Mold, the farm is best known for its magical Christmas experience — an annual event that draws families from across the region to meet the resident reindeer, pick out the perfect tree, and soak up the festive spirit.
From the outset, it was clear that North Hills Farm offered something truly special. Their warm, family-run approach and deep commitment to creating joyful, memorable moments made them an ideal client for us. We were proud to help them elevate their brand, refine their identity, and support their transition into a more digitally connected, customer-friendly experience.
The rebrand focused on capturing the farm’s unique blend of tradition and magic. We developed a playful yet elegant logo and visual language that could be applied flexibly across everything from signage and merchandise to social media and packaging. The tone was carefully balanced — festive without being gimmicky, rural without being rustic, and modern while still feeling handcrafted.
On the digital side, we created a new website to house their growing range of services, from Christmas tree sales to year-round lodge stays. We integrated Lodgify to manage accommodation and synced their availability across multiple platforms. For events, we set up Ticket Tailor to handle timed entry and capacity management, making the customer journey smoother and more intuitive.
One of the most rewarding aspects of the project has been developing the signage for the Christmas experience. From welcome signs and check-in boards to wayfinding posts and promotional panels, every piece was designed to add clarity while reinforcing the brand’s warm and festive atmosphere. As the event has grown year on year, we’ve continued to expand the signage suite to meet evolving needs and support a seamless customer experience onsite.
