Holiday Let Management: Uwch y Dyffryn, North Wales
A central holiday let management platform connecting multiple properties, booking channels and direct reservations in one place through a simple coordinated system.
Our work with Uwch y Dyffryn included branding, website design and the setup of a Lodgify-based holiday let management platform for its glamping pods and lodges in North Wales.
The system brings together direct website bookings with channels including Airbnb, Vrbo and Google Reservations, allowing reservations, availability and pricing to be coordinated from one central platform. This reduces manual administration and helps keep the different booking channels aligned.
The result is a more joined-up digital setup, combining the customer-facing website with the systems needed to manage the accommodation efficiently and support the continued growth of the business.

Our work with Uwch y Dyffryn has centred on creating a joined-up digital platform capable of supporting both the public-facing side of the business and the day-to-day management of its holiday accommodation. Located near Llanelidan in North Wales, Uwch y Dyffryn operates five glamping pods and three lodges, each of which can be marketed and booked through a number of different channels.
The wider project has included branding and website design, helping establish a clear identity and online presence for the business. Behind this sits the more operational side of the project: the development of a central holiday let management system using Lodgify. The platform was selected to bring bookings, availability and property information together in one place, creating a much simpler way of coordinating multiple units across different sales channels.
Rather than managing each booking platform independently, Lodgify acts as the central management layer. The system connects the Uwch y Dyffryn website with external channels including Airbnb, Vrbo and Google Reservations, allowing reservations and availability to be coordinated across the different platforms. When a booking is made through one channel, the associated availability can be reflected across the others, reducing the amount of manual administration required and helping minimise the potential for conflicting reservations.
Direct booking was also an important part of the strategy. While third-party platforms provide valuable exposure and access to established audiences, the Uwch y Dyffryn website gives the business its own direct route to customers. Integrating this with the wider holiday let management platform means those bookings can sit alongside reservations from other channels rather than being managed as a separate system.
With eight individual units to coordinate, the value of a centralised approach becomes increasingly important. Availability, pricing and reservations can be viewed and managed from a single place, providing a clearer overview of the business and allowing changes to be made more efficiently. It also creates a structure that can respond as the business develops, whether through changes to individual properties, pricing strategies or the channels used to market the accommodation.
Our role was not to develop bespoke property management software, but to identify, configure and integrate the right digital tools around the needs of the client. This forms an important part of our wider digital work: understanding how established platforms can be combined effectively with a carefully designed website and brand to create a system that works as a whole.
The result is a holiday let management platform that connects the operational and customer-facing elements of Uwch y Dyffryn. Guests are presented with a consistent brand and straightforward booking experience, while behind the scenes the client has a clearer and more manageable way of coordinating reservations across multiple properties and platforms.
The project demonstrates how digital design can extend beyond the appearance of a website. By considering the systems that sit behind the business as part of the same process, it is possible to create a platform that not only presents the accommodation effectively but also supports how it is managed every day.
